International Advocacy Efforts
In light of the October 7th events and in the weakness of the Israeli advocacy efforts made abroad, we felt called to take part in those efforts in view of our many deep connections with people abroad.
We started a campaign which I personally manage. Every day, sometimes several times a day, I sent out messages, videos, testimonies and various commentaries to a large mailing list, in order to clarify to the world the extent of the massacre that happened on Oct 7th, the history in the Middle East leading to how this all started, the rising antisemitism throughout the world, and the foreseeable dangers ensued to the world from Iran and its affiliates.

Subject: The world is in a dangerous era
"Death to America Death to Israel" is being shouted not only in Iran, and in other Arab countries, but also in the streets of Michigan and in university campuses. From the "river to the see" is a clear call for the destruction of Israel.

If Israel will lose the war in Gaza, and very unfortunately it is a possibility because Hamas succeeded in its plans to put human shield to protect their war machine. Instead of blaming Hamas for war crimes, Israel is being criticized for defending our lives.
This is bad news for the world. We are on the verge of a 3rd world war, History will repeat itself if Iran and its proxies will not be stopped NOW, firstly by supporting Israel on its war against Hamas.

But it will not stop with me, and my fellow Jews, the Christian world will be next, just listen to the Jihad leaders.
Hamas has taken over Gaza and de facto became a terrorist state and the world preferred to turn a blind eye. On October 7th, the State of Gaza launched a war against Israel. The international community, especially the UN, has effectively accepted Hamas' version that since 75 percent of Gaza's population are "refugees" it is not the financial burden of the State of Gaza to provide the population with education and health, but rather the United Nations but adapting Hamas doctrine. This has enabled the Gaza government to allocate all state resources to build a military machine, relying on the UN and other Arab countries to take care for civilians.
The military capability built in Gaza is one of a sovereign state, the military capability built in Gaza and Lebanon by Iran is a danger to the world peace.
The educational and health institutions in Gaza were used as Hamas military bases where rockets were manufactured and launched against Israel.
Under international law, there is no provision in the law that requires a state to help an enemy country and even supply them fuel. At most, and even this is doubtful, it can be demanded not to prevent food supplies from a third country.
In armed conflict it is obvious that one side may harm the population of another side, but it was impossible to imagine that a government of a state, Gaza in this case, would not only take care of its citizens and would not separate combatants from civilians during a siege, as the law requires, but would also make a supreme effort so that its citizens would be killed.
Gaza is the most fortified target in the history of wars, Hamas is doing everything possible to have its civilians killed, many were killed by failed rocket fired from Gaza and explosives stored by Hamas in schools and homes, also many of the "civilians" killed were combatants in civilian clothes.
The degree of harm to enemy civilians must be proportional to the importance of the mission. Israel most important task, most moral and most humanitarian is the return of the hostages, and to achieve it, it is right and justified to create maximum pressure on Hamas. Hamas is indifferent to the death of its citizens.
In a normal and moral world the demonstrations should be against Iran and Hamas and not against Israel.

So now we are back to hearing yet about another story of hospitals becoming a stronghold for terrorism.
We are back to square one and yet again, the world is in denial and does not comprehend the situation. Israel is evacuating the area, including hospitals in Northern Gaza, to try and bring civilized life back, all while Hamas continues to rule and commit acts of terrorism.
Hamas terrorists resumed operations inside the largest hospital in Gaza, not only using sick, hospitalized patients as their human shields but continuing its terrorist activities from within the hospital. So, Israel, left with no other choice, entered Shifa Hospital again, where hundreds of terrorists were arrested, dozens were eliminated, and large quantities of weapons and terrorist funds were found.
It began after lengthy intelligence gathering on Shifa Hospital was done, according to which, senior commanders and various departments in Hamas had resumed operations in recent weeks since the IDF’s initial mission when they entered during the first maneuver in Gaza. Then, in the middle of the night, during a surprise attack, the IDF forces surrounded the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip.

In addition, the IDF arrived with a large quantity of medical equipment and food to supply Shifa with after, once the terrorists are separated from the medical teams.
During the raid, an IDF Spokesperson called on residents of the Rimal neighborhood, in Arabic, to evacuate westward, and leaflets were scattered in the neighborhood near Shifa which read: "You are in a dangerous combat zone. In order to maintain your safety, you must immediately evacuate the area and head west and then south to Al Mawasi Humanitarian Area."
The Hamas-controlled Gaza Health Ministry claimed there were dead and wounded in the hospital. According to them, a fire broke out at the entrance to the site and communication was cut off. They alleged cases of suffocation of displaced persons, including children, in Building 8 of the hospital. "We call on all international institutions to immediately stop the massacre," they said. Hamas issued a similar accusation: "The failure of the international community and the UN to act against the occupation army was a green light for the continuation of the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing against our people." Once again the UN and some of the media stands on the wrong side, supporting terrorism, supporting Hamas practice of using human shield in its horror activities.
Hamas is once again trying to turn Shifa into its main terrorist headquarters in the Northern Gaza Strip. The IDF’s security forces had warned medical officials in the Gaza Strip in advance, including Shifa, that Hamas was once again using hospitals in the Gaza Strip for terrorist purposes. The army believes that the terrorists recently used hospital rooms but not tunnels, because the IDF destroyed them during their initial maneuver.
During the night, IDF Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Daniel Hagari issued a statement, saying that "the IDF began the operation following well-established intelligence information that required immediate action. We know that senior Hamas figures have regrouped within Shifa and are commanding operations against Israel from there. Our focused activity is not only an operational necessity, it is a global obligation. We call on all Hamas terrorists hiding in hospitals to surrender immediately. Medical facilities must not be exploited for terrorist purposes, Hamas must be held accountable."
The IDF also revealed that night, a recording, according to which, in recent days, the head of the Gaza District Coordination and Liaison Administration spoke with the Director General of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip about the activities of terrorist organizations in hospitals and the need to thwart it, in full coordination with the hospital management. "We see that the Hamas terrorist organization continues its military activity inside the hospitals. We are ready to provide any monetary assistance necessary. Our request is simple, an immediate cessation of all terrorist activity in hospitals," the call said.

Israel has submitted its official report to the United Nations detailing Hamas’s use of sexual violence in its unprovoked surprise attack on October 7. The 35-page report titled “Silent Cry: Sexual Crimes in the October 7 War” was compiled by the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel (ARCCI).
The report notes that the accounts of rape and sexual violence perpetrated by members of Hamas on innocent Israeli civilians and female soldiers during the attack were neither incidental nor isolated. Rather, the “brutal sexual assaults” were “carried out systematically and deliberately towards Israeli civilians.”
In other words, Hamas intentionally used sadistic sexual violence as a weapon of war to spread terror. “Many of the rapes were carried out as a group, with the participation of violent terrorists,” the report notes. “Often, the rape was perpetrated in front of an audience — partners, family, or friends — in a manner intended to increase the pain and humiliation of all present.”
The stomach-turning report details how Hamas used sexual violence in all four arenas of its attack. Those four arenas, as the Times of Israel reports, were “the Supernova music festival near Re'im; Gaza border communities; military bases infiltrated by Hamas; and abuse of hostages inside the Strip.”
The reason ARCCI sent its report to the UN is so that UN members would have “no room for denial or disregard” of the nature of war crimes that Hamas is guilty of committing. Indeed, the UN has been shockingly sluggish in acknowledging what was known mere hours after Hamas’s murderous attack — primarily due to the fact that Hamas jihadis, in many cases, streamed their atrocities online.
It’s a sad reality that Hamas’s unjustified, brutal, and sadistic attack hasn’t received the universal condemnation it deserves. In fact, the UN has, at best, offered weak instances of objections to Hamas’s brutality, to then quickly turning a judgmental tone toward Israel for effectively responding in defense of its own citizens and sovereignty.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., Joe Biden is attempting to press Israel into accepting a temporary ceasefire — a ceasefire that Hamas leadership has rejected outright in favor of a permanent one, along with demands that Israel pull its troops out of Gaza. In other words, Hamas demands exactly what Israel will not give, and instead of pressuring Hamas, Biden is pressuring Israel.

On October 7th I was in Munich for business and the next day I returned home. Last Sunday I left Israel, the first time since October last year, also for business. It was not an easy decision for me to leave the country these days, but I had to do it as part of my responsibilities to our investors.
After attending AFIRE conference in Miami and touring some of our propertied in Florida, I just arrived to one of our development projects in Charleston. Spending many hours driving I continued to get reports from Israel. Among others, about the Israel Defense Forces continue to uncover Hamas bases underneath UNRWA installations in Gaza. This comes after the shocking discover that UNRWA employees were among the terrorists who took part in the October 7th massacre.
This just shows what kind of despicable organizations UNRWA and the United Nations are.
Your tax dollars are being used to support Hamas terrorists. Hamas represents Iran ideology, it is not only after Israel, but first Israel and then the rest of the civilized world.

For many decades, the Hamas terrorist organization, even in the original charter, in the words of leaders, and in children's broadcasts, has declared loud and clear that the goal is the extermination of Jews. "Kill them all?" the host asks a little girl on one of the Hamas TV children's programs. "Yes, all of them," the girl replies. But an organization whose goal is the extermination of Jews, even in the service of Iran, a country that heads the axis of evil, is organizing a lawsuit in an international forum that Israel is committing extermination. There is no limit to the absurdity, there simply isn't. Israel is pleased with the result, but there is no need to ignore the big picture. Just as Hamas is an operational arm of Iran, South Africa, which filed the lawsuit against Israel, has become a propaganda arm.
Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, Jihad, and now South Africa are certainly a problem. But the problem is much bigger, because the free world cooperates. The international institutions, the UN and all its branches, from the UN Human Rights Council, through UNESCO and the World Health Organization, are controlled by a dark majority. 70 percent of UN Human Rights Council member states are not democracies. The dark composition finds expression in the decisions of these bodies. For example, since 2015, the UN General Assembly has passed 141 resolutions against Israel, compared to 64 resolutions against all other countries in the world combined. It is true that Myanmar has carried out ethnic cleansing. It is true that Russia has launched a brutal attack against Ukraine; It is true that China imprisons between one and two million Muslims in reeducation camps; It's true that North Korea is one big prison. But Israel. That's the world's problem. "The oppression of Palestinians," as Keller Short, a former British government minister, not Iran, once said, "is the main source of violence in the world." Millions have been killed in Congo. There was genocide in Sudan and Rwanda. Hundreds of thousands were killed in the "war on terror." And it turns out that Israel is to blame.
The thing is that of all the international bodies, the two tribunals established by the United Nations, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) were supposed to be different. Nonetheless, judges are professional and tortured. But the size of expectations – the size of the disappointment. It is true that the decision published on Friday is much less severe than expected, there was no ceasefire order. But there was rhetoric based on bodies hostile to the State of Israel. The judges, too, are flesh and blood. They live in a hotbed where hostility to Israel is the norm. They are the flesh of the international system. They are soldiers of the United Nations. So who did they quote to justify their decision? The emissaries of the various branches of the UN, for example, Philip Lazzarini, head of the Relief Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA). Well, really. And can we expect this man to say something worth taking seriously? He is a man hostile to Israel and heads a hostile organization, most of whose employees in the Gaza Strip are Hamas operatives, some of whom participated in the October 7 massacre and whose facilities were used and are used in Hamas' terrorist activities. Is he the source of authority? They also quoted Martin Griffiths, the UN undersecretary-general, who compared Israel's actions in Gaza to the Khmer Rouge massacre. Nothing less. 1.7 million Cambodians were murdered there, through no fault of their own. The murdered did not preach any extermination, nor did they set out to realize it. And here, the new enlightened, human rights people, serve as a propaganda defensive wall for jihad that wants to take over the world, kicking a country that dares to defend itself.
And what does the court name say? That Israel killed 25,700 people, even if it is impossible to ascertain the number of casualties, without saying a single word, only one, that according to Israel's version, 10,000 dead are terrorists. Why does the court see fit to mention the Palestinian version without publishing the Israeli figure? The children there do not have school, the court ruled. Poor people. Really poor. But is it Israel's fault or Hamas' fault for launching a murderous attack? And that these torturers really don't know?
So no, there is no need to be satisfied with the result. Because the very existence of the debate against Israel is another stage in the decline of the free world. Another stage in the play in which the torturers act in the service of the dark. Masses of innocents, millions, were killed in Germany, especially in the last years of World War II, in order to defeat absolute evil. Not every killing was justified. Not all of the bomb was on a missile factory. But according to the rules of logic that are taking over the world today, Churchill, Truman, Montgomery, Arthur Travers Harris ("Bomber Harris", who headed British Bomber Command) would have been prosecuted for crimes against humanity, and the Nazis would have been the prosecutors, through a third country representing them.
So we didn't go cheap. And there's no need for a sigh of relief. Hamas may not have gotten what it wanted, a ceasefire decision, but the show was his. No cause for celebration.

The Iranian Connection between South Africa and The Hague
The International Court of Justice will issue its decision tomorrow on an interim injunction on the grounds that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza | After years in which Iran sends its long octopus tentacles to Israel's borders, the circumstances raise a grave suspicion that South Africa's prosecution is also an initiative born in Tehran.
Tomorrow, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) will issue its decision on an interim injunction following South Africa's prosecution, alleging that Israel is committing genocide. What about South Africa and Israel? And why South Africa? Well, like many things related to South Africa's shaky government, this too may be political bribery.
For years, Iran has been extending its long arms deep into the Middle East, with the stated goal of wiping Israel off the map. It is already present, or partially controls, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria and Iraq. Until recently, it also partially controlled the Gaza Strip, and is trying to increase its hold on Judea and Samaria. It's not just a military grip. Iran has developed close ties with several South American countries, chiefly Venezuela. The goal is to be involved in the propaganda war against Israel, both in international institutions and in the international media. Was South Africa's prosecution against Israel for genocide actually not only at Iranian urging, but also at the payment of bribes by Iran?
Well, Africa's ruling party, the ANC, has suffered financial difficulties in recent years. After the 2021 local elections, it failed to pay salaries to local activists, nor taxes and pensions to permanent employees. In recent months, the party has reached the brink of insolvency. After failing to pay nearly six million dollars to one of the companies that worked for her, she filed for bankruptcy. The political significance is dramatic. The party would have found it difficult, perhaps completely incompetent, to run in South Africa's general election later this year. "The collapse of the ANC is inevitable," read a Financial Times headline two months ago.
But suddenly it became known that there was a plot twist. Everything is fine, the parties informed the court. The timing is interesting. This happened a week ago, exactly a week after South Africa presented its claims against Israel to the International Court of Justice. The fact that South Africa, the impoverished country, invests a great deal of effort, and a considerable budget, with a large delegation, to file the lawsuit is puzzling. Is there a connection between the international lawsuit against Israel and the dismissal of the lawsuit against the ANC in the South African court? Local investigative journalism suspects there is a connection. It's not just six million dollars. That's $60 million, which would allow the ANC to run in the election to stay in power. Suddenly, the party, which is in deficit, announces that there is nothing to worry about, it has enough cash for the election budget as well.
Was it Iran that initiated the genocide demand, generously funded by South Africa's ruling party? The allegations of genocide are not new. The coalition of anti-Zionists and Islamists has been voicing it for many years. In the context of the 7 October Hamas terrorist attacks, the first leader to address the issue was Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme leader, who declared on 17 October that "the Zionist regime must be taken to court for committing genocide."
Five days passed, and on 22 October, South Africa joined the celebration, and during a visit to Tehran, its foreign minister, Naledi Fardor, declared that "Israel is committing genocide." Two months passed, lawyers and researchers collected materials and quotes, and the lawsuit was filed. Iran commands. South Africa complies. The lawsuit is underway.
We don't have a smoking gun, South African sources told me, but the obvious fact is that our ruling party refuses to disclose the source of funding that turned it from insolvent into a party that is back on its feet.
These are also global economic interests. Republican Senator Jim Risch is already threatening to pull South Africa out of the AGOA, a free trade agreement between the United States and African countries, over the Pretoria government's support for Hamas and Iran. South Africa, for its part, is working vigorously to bring Iran into the BRICS agreement, which allows free trade between many Third World countries, and thus rescue Tehran from sanctions.
It is unclear what the decision will be tomorrow. But one thing is indisputable: South Africa has become, in the context of the international struggle against Israel, an arm of Iran. And if there is any resolution against Israel, Iran's success will be twofold.
The free world initiated important international conventions, such as the Genocide Convention, and established important institutions, such as the two international courts in The Hague. And if the result is that Iran, which publicly threatens to commit genocide against Israel, and supports bodies that openly declare the extermination of Jews a supreme goal, wins a lawsuit accusing Israel of genocide, then the free world will commit suicide. The Golem rose on its creator. Not that we didn't know. But the Iranian-South African connection that led to the lawsuit is further proof.

Subject: Some light for Israel
Some light for us in Israel, and for the civilized world. But how sad it is what makes us in Israel happy.
The European Parliament in Strasbourg passed a resolution by a vote of 312 to 131, (in a normal world it should have been 100% for Israel) condemning Hamas violence.
The European Parliament is adopting Israel's conditions for ending the fighting in Gaza. Dismantling Hamas terrorist organization, the immediate release of all hostages, and recognize the right of the Israel to defend itself.
The European Parliament criticized Hamas' misuse of civilian infrastructure, the construction of attack tunnels, and the use of human shields.
The European Parliament also noted the enormous wealth of Hamas leaders at the expense of Palestinian citizens living in poverty, and condemned countries that provided financial and moral support to Hamas, The Parliament also is calling for an investigation to determine the sources of funding and weapons systems of the terrorist organization.
I did not like that The European Parliament condemning Israel for the disproportionate use of force.
Proportionality can be misleading. It is forbidden to deliberately harm civilians and those who are not involved. However, the laws of war recognize that in war there will be certain harm to civilians.
Criticize Israel as "disproportionate" mean that Israel should enter Gaza kill exactly 1400 civilians, take 243 hostages, rape the same number of girls, launch thousands of missiles in the intention of killing civilians and do exactly all the atrocities Hamad did.
"Principle of Proportionality" in the laws of war is different, and Israel is strictly obeying this law even in the cost of our own soldier's life.

Subject: The greatest shows of hypocrisy
A few days ago, at The Hague, we witnessed one of the greatest shows of hypocrisy with some of the lowest morals in history in a series of baseless and false claims against Israel, and by whom?
Let's go back to 2015 when South Africa invited a delegation of Hamas leaders to visit the country (Hamas has an office in Cape Town) at the invitation of then-President Jacob Zuma. Hamas, a terrorist organization, whose charter calls for the destruction of the State of Israel and to eliminate all Jewish people. These are the people that South African leaders associate with. In 2018, South Africa recalled its ambassador from Israel, and continues to keep close relations with Hamas and Iran. As the adage goes, “Tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who you are”.
In South Africa’s legal testimony, it ignored the main factor as to why Israel is at war with Hamas, that an actual massacre happened, that Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israel, murdered, mutilated, raped, and kidnapped Israeli civilians, and disregarded Hamas’s own declared statements of their intention to commit a genocide against Israel. The hypocrisy shows ample distortions and lies by South Africa.
South Africa, also ignored the fact that Hamas uses its civilian population in Gaza as human shields and operates from hospitals, schools, UN shelters and mosques with the intention of endangering the lives of the civilians of Gaza (which are actually war crimes). Their civilians are in harms way for no other reason than Hamas puts them there by their actions. Hamas steals humanitarian aid brought in by Israel and Egypt and steals their water pipes to create missiles. Hamas should be the one to be blamed for their civilians killed.
Not to mention the fact that many of the claimed killed civilians are actually Hamas terrorists.
This is in its entirety is victim blaming. The victim has become the guilty and the aggressor the victim. South Africa blatantly lied to the court countless times.
South Africa is asking the court to issue an interim injunction to stop the war which would allow Hamas to repeat their war crimes against humanity, against Israel and the civilians of Gaza.
For three hours, Israel exposed South Africa's hypocrisy and responded to its baseless claims. Israel, one of the initiators in establishing the International Court of Justice, in the wake of the Holocaust in which 6 million Jews were exterminated by an act of genocide is being put on trial for genocide, a word might I add, coined by Raphael Lemkin, a Polish, Jewish lawyer. Whereas Hamas, whose ideological leader called on Muslims to complete Hitler's work, and whose charter calls for the extermination of Jews, whose media channels also call for the extermination of the western world, and whose leaders have repeatedly called for world domination in order to impose Islamist extremism are actually the ones attempting genocide.
Israel is in an almost impossible political hurdle. South Africa brought a series of accusations, one after another, most of which lacked evidentiary basis and others were baseless and delusional. South Africa's claims are unfounded. Their bottom line is Israel has no right to exist, no surprise for an Iranian proxy.
As in any war, civilian suffering is tragic, it is heartbreaking, but the truth needs to be said that Hamas attempts to maximize civilian suffering both in Gaza and Israel, while Israel tries to minimize it.
South Africa claims that Israel cannot claim “self-defense” when it embarked on a war in Gaza on the grounds that Gaza was and still is "occupied territory.” What a thoughtless claim while Israel gave all Gaza land back to the Palestinians so many years after Gaza was occupied by Israel in the 1967 Six-Day War after the defeat of a coalition of Arab armies.
Hamas was not charged with genocide and its horrific exploits received minimal to no mention. Why? Because to South Africa, Hamas is not a state and therefore is not a party to the Convention for the Prevention of Genocide. Therefore, this prohibition does not apply to him. Legally, of course, the South Africans make it very apparent in their clear display of hypocrisy and obtuseness. They in fact distorted reality.
Given the history of the Jewish people, it is not surprising that Israel was one of the first countries to adopt the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide. For some, the promise of ‘never again’ is not just a slogan for Israel, it is its first moral obligation. The charge against us now is an attempt to reverse the narrative of a war that the State of Israel did not want and did not start.
This is a war against Hamas and the Islamic Jihad and other terrorist organizations whose brutality knows no bounds. It has never been against civilians.
South Africa seeks a ceasefire order. In order to issue the full order, the International Court of Justice in The Hague is required to rule that Israel has no right to self-defense.
The rulings in The Hague are clearly political. But what else can the civilized world expect from representatives from Lebanon, Russia, Morocco, Somalia, Brazil, Uganda, South Africa, and China? Israel and the civilized world lost the game before it even started. I believe if these judges have some sense of morality, then they will see the truth and act according to their professional obligation seeing the evidence shown. Unfortunately, for them to act on it, they would need to go back home and face their superiors, and they will not dare go against Iran. Judges in the UN have consistently convicted according to how their origin countries dictate them to not according to law. If so, Israel and the way the world views us is in trouble.
This case is a display of hypocrisy, antisemitism, and shame. It was Hamas, that on October 7th, during a Jewish holiday and a ceasefire, invaded Israel from the sea, land and air. Under thousands of rockets fired, attacked, burned, murdered, mutilated, and systematically raped Israelis, torturing children in front of parents and parents in front of children, and yet it is Israel that is blamed. More then 1,200 were murdered, 240 were kidnapped, including infants, the elderly, Holocaust survivors and people with disabilities with the intent to kill as many civilians as possible. That is genocide. Shame on those who take part in this and refuse to condemn the actual aggressors.
Hamas' complete defeat will benefit the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and will turn their lives around economically, socially and nationally. Free from Hamas, the Palestinian people will be able to shake off their delusions, establish their sovereign state, develop their economy, and live in peace with Israel.
And a few hours ago we had a Palestinian terrorist attack less than 200 meteres from my office, a 79 old lady was killed and 16 wounded, 4 in critical situation.

Throughout history, regardless of time or place, one can observe the recurring phenomenon of governments adopting policies contrary to their own interests.
Barbara Tuchman in her book, "The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam" reviews the expanses of recorded history, in which she locates and describes an extensive set of fascinating historical examples: a self-destructive step taken even though it was possible to take a different path.
Why did the rulers of Troy bring the suspicious wooden horse into their fortified city, even though they had many reasons to fear that the Greeks were trapping them? Why did Charles XII and Napoleon, followed by Hitler, invade Russia - despite the catastrophe in which the previous invasion ended? Why did King George III of Great Britain and his government sabotage their relations with the American colonies, resulting in the striking of control of the American continent? Why has the US. deepened its thirty-year involvement in Vietnam?
And I will add, why did President Carter allow Khomeini to return from exile from France back to Iran? The Islamic Regime soon took control of the revolution and Iran become the Islamic Republic. In my opinion, the Carter administration played a vital role in making our world a dangerous place. And why did President Obama send 1.7 Billion dollars to support Iran? What Carter started; Obama continued.
And in modern history, why did Putin declare war against Ukraine and why did the Government of Israel allow funding for Hamas in the belief that it would bring peace and prosperity to the Gazan civilians (solely Netanyahu’s fault), and why does the UN support terrorist organizations?
All of these show the fundamental reasons for the folly of governments: looking only towards attaining short-term goals, the lack of reason in dealing with greed, selfish pretensions, and weakness.
Now, history repeats itself. The Western World is ignoring the biggest danger to its existence.
Iran funds the terrorist organization that acts, firstly, against Israel, and secondly, with their long-term goal of concurring the Christian world and spreading radical Islam throughout. They declare it repeatedly!
The threat on Israel from the north with an arsenal of more than 150,000 missiles, supplied by Iran, and the Radwan force. The threat on Israel from Gaza has already materialized with over ten thousand rockets launched at Israel in the last 3 months.
Iran is the only country in the world, a member of the UN, that openly declares that its goal is the destruction of another country, another UN member. Behind every genocide in history there has been this ideology of destruction and concurring. This is exactly the story of Hamas, Hezbollah and certainly Iran. An ideology that does not stop at recognized borders. Neither will it stop in certain countries.
After all, Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, all funded by Iran and the Iranians, devoted their efforts to the development of an industry of death. This is the common denominator of Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. Iran pumps billions of dollars in support of its unified goal of the destruction of the Western World. But that's just the beginning. (While writing these lines, 62 missiles have been launched from Lebanon into Israel). The destruction in the North of Israel, just like in the South, is the result of Iranian declarations of a war against the civilized world. And it is not only against Isarel.
Iran is a military power progressing toward nuclear weapons, controlling Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, and partially Iraq and supporting Russia in its war against Ukraine. They are already in Europe. And we must watch closely the axis of evil and the growing alliance between China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea
If Iran's ideology will continue to govern, the threat to all of us will not disappear. In the face of the danger of radical Islam lead by Iran and its proxies. Israel cannot alone stop the spread of this Iranian ideology.
I hope the free world’s leaders will not contribute an additional chapter to The March of Folly.

One, about the copious amounts of evidence we have gained, recently and some we already had for weeks, about the terrorist activities happening inside and underneath hospitals in Gaza and two, that once a hospital is used as a terrorists command center or to commit terrorist acts it is in fact no longer a war crime, international or otherwise, for Israel to stop these terror activities from inside the hospitals.
Even with the evidence piling up, which beyond any doubt shows this evidence, the world, UN included, do not cease to demand claiming that Israel is committing war crimes and is the aggressor
The Director and Manager of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza, Ahmad al-Hahalot has officially surrendered to the IDF and confessed on video (see link below) that he is in fact a senior Hamas commander, militarily trained, and that Hamas uses the hospital as a command center.
It is appalling that the world continues to turn a blind eye to the compounding evidence that Israel reviles concrete evidences. The hospital was used as a military post under Hamas; to launch missiles, hide weapons, to house senior officials and Hamas leaders, house 100’s of terrorists, have offices for the Governor on behalf of the police, for internal and special security, and had ambulances that not only refused to transport their sick civilians but was used solely to carry out Hamas missions, to transport ammunition and served Hamas missions all this was deemed more important than saving civilian Palestinian lives.

Doctors, nurses, paramedics, clerks, all working for the hospital while were working for Hamas and most importantly, the hospital’s manager and director was a Brigadier General for Hamas. Hamas knows full well that the hospital is a safe place. That’s why they chose it. Their military strategy has been and always will be to hide behind civilians. They don’t value other people life. Their value is to become rich (their leaders to become billionaires) their mission of wiping out the Jewish nation from the river to the sea at any cost to others. And this is only step one in a much larger plan orchestrated by Iran.

Years ago I founded the Skin Bank in Israel, which is the largest of its kind in the world.
The skin bank contains skin for routine care as well as for times of war.
The skin bank is located in the "Hadasa Ein Kerem" hospital in Jerusalem, where I was the director of the plastic surgery department.
One day I was asked to send skin for a Muslim woman from Gaza, who was hospitalized in "Soruka", after her family members burned her.
Such horrors occur quite often in Muslim families when it is suspected that the woman had an affair.
We provided all the homograft (skin cells from the donors) needed for her treatment.
She was successfully treated by my friend and colleague, Prof. Lior Rosenberg and was released to her home in Gaza.
She was invited for regular follow-up visits to the outpatient clinic in Be'er Sheva.
One day she was caught at the border crossing wearing an explosive belt.
Her mission was to blow herself up in the outpatient clinic of the hospital where her life was saved.
After an inquiry it apparently turned out that her family had promised her that if she did it, they would forgive her.
This is just one example of the war between the Jews and the Muslims in the Land of Israel.
This is not a territorial dispute.
This is a cultural conflict, or rather a war between civilization and barbarism.

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is being shouted by student activists on college campuses and other demonstrations in the US and Europe. This is a clear call for erasing the State of Israel and the genocide of its people by wiping out Israel, literally from the Jordanian River to the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a clear call for the elimination of the Jewish state, praising Hamas or other entities who call for Israel’s destruction.
Another phrase “Globalize the Intifada,” calls for widespread violence against both Israelis and Jews across the globe.
Remember the canary in the coal mine, who has a good reason to worry, who is next in line.
How is this really the reaction to the existence of the State of Israel? It was declared so and approved by most nations in 1948 and meant to be peacefully shared with the Arabs, who received the larger portion of the land. British mandate left the reign, followed a long history, starting with the Land of Israel (the Holy Land) which is the birthplace of Judaism and Christianity. It has been controlled for thousands of years by several entities, including Ancient Egypt, Judaea, Ancient Israel, the Persian Empire, Alexander The Great, the Hasmoneans the Roman Empire, the crusaders and then and in recent centuries the Ottoman Empire followed by the British Empire until 1948. Since the end of the British mandate, it was divided into Israel, the West Bank (initially occupied by Jordan) and the Gaza Strip (initially occupied by Egypt).
Did the call for the destruction of Israel by radical Muslims start only after 1948? Let’s go back to 1941, Mohammed Amin al-Husseini (Haj Amin al-Husseini) the Muslim Arab Leader met Hitler on November 28, 1941, discussing the annihilation of the Jewish people. Let’s go back to 1929 when the Arabs massacred the Jewish people in Israel, of which I previously wrote about.
Obviously, the demonstrators are lacking basic knowledge of history. Or they say “my mind is made up so don’t confuse me with facts”.
The Western World succeeded to stop the Nazi’s plan to take over the civilized world 80 years ago and wipe out all Jews globally. Now, we are facing a similar plan by Iran led terrorist groups and its proxies.
We are at war, it is a war between good and evil, between right and wrong, between Israel and Iran proxies. It will be a disaster to all of us if the world will not let us destroy Hamas in Gaza as the allied countries finished their mission in ww2.

More of our best and brightest youth that fight for our lives and safety are lost in this war. High ranked officers, as it is always in Israel, are on the front line ahead of the soldiers. Last Friday, we buried the son of our War Cabinet Minister and former Chief of Staff and 3 days later, also his nephew fell in combat in Gaza. This week in one day among ten killed in combat were a Colonel and a Lieutenant Colonel
Our best are always on the front line.
At a dinner this week, we were joined by a high ranking air force officer, and I heard, firsthand, what we all know, that Gazan civilian lives are being considered up to the last second when the order comes to launch an attack.
Many missions get cancelled at the last second, sometimes by risking important operations if the IDF detects civilians may get hurt.
This does not eliminate the casualties of civilians when Hamas is using them as human shields nor after Israel is using all means available to warn civilians to leave Hamas’ military compounds.
Golda Meir, one of Israel's early leaders, and a Prime Minster during the Yum Kippur war said: "We can forgive the Arabs for killing our children but we can never forgive them for forcing us to kill their children."

Last week, the UN voted, with 13 countries in favor, to demand a ceasefire between Israel and Gaza. The UN secretary general, Antonio Guterres, invoked Article 99, something that is almost unprecedented! It was last used over half a century ago. America was the only country to vote against it and vetoed it. The UK abstained, shame on them and shame on France. No one called for it against Syria, when half a million were murdered, not against the Congo, with 4 million murdered, nor against Sudan, with 450,000 murdered, nor during the Lebanese Civil war with 150,000 murdered, in the war in Yemen with 150,000 murdered, Black September in Jordan with over 20,000 murdered, not when China tried to commit ethnic cleansing on their Muslims by allegedly sterilizing them, putting up to 2 million of them in concentration camps and committing genocide and not even when over a million were killed in Rwanda’s genocide. Russia is currently at war, illegally, with Ukraine where they’ve murdered tens of thousands of civilians and where there are now millions of refugees. It wasn’t invoked for them either. Only when Israel tries to defend itself after the most heinous massacre where our women, children and elderly were brutally murdered by a terrorist organization, does the UN secretary-general suddenly wake up and invoke the clause against us. This is the exact same organization that has not and refuses to condemn the terrorist acts on Oct 7th.
The UN are fighting so hard for a ceasefire that the Gazan people clearly seem to not even want themselves. They broke it Oct 7th when they massacred over 1200 people and took 240 hostages, they broke it Nov 30th when a Hamas terrorist came into Jerusalem and killed 3 innocent civilians during the “humanitarian pause” aka ceasefire, and they broke it again when they refused, breaching an agreement, to release 10 women and children that they held hostage.
Instead of the UN demanding the hostages back, condemning these atrocities and demanding the surrender of the terrorists, it voted to ban Israel from protecting itself. Probably the only country in the world that is not allowed to defend itself.

Subject: Who are Hamas' partners?
We are now two months into this war that was forced on us. Another international organization, the Red Cross, has proved, as the UN did, that they are biased, one sided and completely unnecessary when the battle is between Israel and an Arab country.
Families of some of the elderly and sick children that were taken hostage, met with the Red Cross office in Israel and urged them to deliver lifesaving medicine to the hostages. The Red Cross refused, not only to not even accept the much needed medication but to not even try and visit those under Hamas’ hands to check on their wellbeing.
We even later found out that one of the hostages was held captive by a doctor and one by an UNRWA teacher.
And the worst, which I trust will not been seen or talked about in the UN, is we continue finding armaments, rocket launching positions and entrances to Hamas’ underground tunnels in UNRWA schools. It is crystal clear that the UN is a “partner” of Hamas. They claim to be an intergovernmental organization whose stated purpose is to maintain international peace, yet they work in collaboration with a terrorist organization, supply books and learning material that call for killing Jews, slaughtering Jewish children….all with their 1 billion dollar annual budget.
Instead of putting this money to the wellbeing of the Palestinians it fuels terror.

Something you most probably won’t hear on the news across the world, but RPGs and weapons were found yesterday in a home in Gaza alongside documents showing the ongoing chemo and radiotherapy treatments and discharge papers of a child that underwent the treatment in Israel at Sheba Medical Center until a mere few weeks before the Oct 7th attack. While Israel took care of and saved many Gazan children’s lives, their parents continued to collect weapons to attack Israel and use them against the IDF while using their civilians and children as human shields.
Israel medically treats the children of Gaza and even the terrorists. Sinwar himself (one of Hamas’ leaders) received lifesaving brain surgery in Israel in 2004. Israel commits to its signed various international conventions that once the threat of a terrorist is neutralized; they will treat them and provide medical care. Sadly, peace activist Vivian Silver, a member of Kibbutz Be’eri, who used to drive Gazans from the border to hospitals in Israel (and back) for treatment, was murdered on Oct 7th by Hamas. Vivian was a left-wing activist who believed in “peace in our time” and would even meet with Arafat. Shockingly, after she was murdered by Hamas on October 7th, her fellow leftists claimed only that she died!! Not even saying what happened which was that she was murdered by the people she trusted and helped for years.
Israel believes, the job of healthcare professionals is to treat people, independently of their nationality or moral liability. This is the difference between good and evil, between a moral nation and terrorists.

Your Majesty Queen Rania al Abdullah of Jordan, Amman - Jordan.
I live in Brazil, a country far from your beautiful Jordan, which I have never visited. However, as a Jewish doctor with a deep interest in the tragic events of the Middle East, I was happy to read your column today on O Estado de Sao Paulo, one of the leading newspapers in Brazil.
In your touching article you tell us about dystopia, an imaginary place where people live in utmost disgrace and suffering. And you mention that Gaza is not just a dystopia but a reality in our days – perhaps the most tragic place on Earth at the present time. I could not agree more with Your Majesty. Any reasonable person in the world has been deeply touched by the scenes of human suffering seen on television in the last few days. And - as Your Majesty correctly points out - 1.8 million people live under siege, surrounded by enemies, seeing their houses and personal belongings destroyed in this senseless battle. According to Your Majesty, every inhabitant of Gaza just wants what we all want: a normal life, nothing more and nothing less! You ask for people to act and react, to help save the people of Gaza, to donate to the UNRWA.
Your Majesty cannot remember the following facts, since they happened a few days after you were born in August 1970 in Kuwait. At that time King Hussein of Jordan (may Allah bless His memory), who would become your father in law, started one of the bloodiest battles against the Palestinian people in what was to become known as the “Black September”. He was firmly decided not to allow the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), under the leadership of Yasser Arafat, to take over the government of Jordan or even the government of the Left Bank. And he was probably right, as this would have threatened the autonomy of the Hashemite Kingdom. Your father in law, with the loyal help of the Jordanian Armed Forces, killed thousands of Palestinian refugees at gunpoint. It was not a long war – it ended in July 1971, just days before Your first birthday party in Kuwait. But according to Yasser Arafat, close to 20,000 Palestinians were killed during the Black September. Other Palestinian organizations, such as the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine of George Habash and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine of Nayef Hawatmeh, openly questioned the legitimacy of your father in law’s monarchy and were equally involved in the fight.
And you will ask – rightfully so – “How come there were Palestinian refugees in Jordan in 1970, since they had left Israel in 1948? Twenty two years later they were still “refugees?””. Yes, Your Majesty Queen Rania, King Hussein bin Talal, your father in law of blessed memory, always kept the displaced Palestinian in concentration camps, as did all other Arab countries of the time. Instead of absorbing them into the Jordanian society, they were kept under inhumane conditions in concentration camps to pressure Israel and the United Nations. Nobody wanted the Palestine “problem” solved. Oh, of course there were also the Jewish refugees from the Arab countries as well! Hundreds of thousands of Jews had to flee Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Tunisia, Yemen and Morocco without anything, leaving behind all their belongings and properties… But Israel did not put them in camps. They were readily absorbed in the Israeli society and today, one or two generations later, they are lawyers, doctors, teachers, university professors in Israel. There is no more a “Jewish refugee” problem. This could have happened with the poor Palestinians had King Hussein in Jordan, Gamal Abdel Nasser in Egypt and Shukri al-Kwatli and Hafez al-Assad in Syria done the same.
So, Your Majesty, I thought you ought to know that your Jordan Kingdom has played a major role in creating the situation in Gaza, where the terrorists of Hamas fly out thousands of rockets over the Israeli civilians and then uses Palestinian children and women as shields – a monstrous war crime. Even the UNWRA schools, for which Your Majesty is raising funds, have been used as hideouts for bombs and rockets (Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary-General, said so. And I believe him).
But Your Majesty, as the Queen of Jordan, has the chance to contribute significantly to solve this most serious situation.. Please tell your husband, King Abdullah II of Jordan (May Allah bless Him) to convince the Arab leaders to solve the Palestinian problem as soon as possible. They should absorb the Palestinians in their societies; they should recognize Israel as a state and make peace with it (religious sites? Israel would give everyone free and immediate access, I am sure; Compensation for lost property? This can be worked out easily, I am also sure); they should stop educating their children to hate the Jews; they should accept equality for women and for all minorities and religions. Easy! As simple as that!
So tonight, Queen Rania, when you ask the magic mirror “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who in the land is the fairest of all?” the mirror will reply “You, my Queen, are the fairest of all. Fair not only for the beauty that Allah sprinkled on You, but also for being fair to all parts”.

Today, again Hamas breached the agreement with Israel and we are back at war. The horror stories we hear from the kidnaped that were returned in the last days are unfathomable, and when they were handover to the Red Cross they were forced to wave goodbye as if they depart loving family. So the BBC can show these daily pieces and tell their listener that it proofs that Hamas was very nice to the Israelis and that the hostages still in captivity want to stay in Gaza.

Ireland’s Prime Minister, Leo Varadkar, said “This is a day of enormous joy and relief for Emily and her family, an innocent child was lost and has now been found and returned.”
Emily, a 9 year girl wasn’t “lost and found”. She was brutally kidnapped from Israel by Hamas. She was not “found”, Hamas held her in captivity for 50 days. Israel’s military forces fought to get her back home from her captivity with more children and women.
Israel had to give up 3 prisoners that are terrorists for each hostage. 3 criminals in exchange for 9 year old Emily. And we still have another 200 abducted children, women, men, and elderly, that according to the PM of Ireland, are lost. In his eyes, Israeli lives are equivalent to DHL packages.
Judge for yourself what Israel is facing, especially these days (and unfortunately always). Judge for yourself who is a member of the UN and claims to be a leader of a civilized nation.
What has really been lost, is the world’s sanity.

Subject: Fundamental changes are required in the UN
According to the UN Charter, every member of the United Nations Organization has the right for self-defense. Yet there are some UN members, who not only deny Israel this right to self-defense, but openly call for the destruction of the State of Israel (start with Israel and then continue with other non-Muslim countries – listen to Iran leaders). The UN constantly demonstrates its incapacity and unwillingness to put an end to repeated and systematic murders of Israeli citizens.
Is it because the non-proportional members in the UN? The Arab world consists of 22 countries, against a tiny Jewish Israel that all faiths live in harmony (which is not the case in almost all of the Arab countries).
How many UN members are run by dictatorships, countries with no basic human rights, do they deserve to be a part of this organization while they breach the UN fundamental reason to exist.
If the UN does not stand determinedly on the side of Israel, especially these days, as its Article 1 calls for, it is the time to close this organization. Time and time again the UN is encouraging terrorist organizations/countries.
The UN Article 1: The Purposes of the United Nations are:
- To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;
- To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;
- To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion; and
- To be a center for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.
What does the UN really do with its duties? In my opinion – nothing positive.

Here is my recommendation to these two ignorant leaders: Take all these Gaza Palestinian to your countries, so you will secure your reelection, or tell your friends, the Hamas leaders not to use civilians as human shields.
Israel is facing today among other problems a new issue: hundred of thousands of “Israeli refugees” that had to evacuate their homes, close to the boarders, in the north and in the south due to Hezbollah and Hamas sheltering their homes. But we are taking care of our people, we protect our people, they are in safety until they can return to their homes.
The double standard by some head of states (who seek the Muslim voters that are already in their countries) and the media, is a real and serious damage to the basic morals of humanity, and may bring us all to an era of moral darkness.

The President of the PLO, Mahmoud Abbas, claims that Israel, not Hamas, committed the heinous war crime of massacring innocent civilians at the music festival on October 7th.
This is what Israel is facing by the so called legitimate head of the Palestinian people.
This isn’t the first time Abbas has denied a massacre on the Jews. Not only is he a holocaust denier but he has blamed the holocaust on the Jews. He has claimed only a “few hundred thousand Jews” were killed. He wrote and published a book in 1984 with his theories. In August 2023, during a speech to the Fatah Revolutionary Council, he claimed, “Hitler killed the Jews because of their social role as moneylenders.”
The Palestinian Authority headed by Abbas incentivizes terrorist acts on Israel by paying huge sums to prisoners or families of prisoners while in jail and is paying to families of terrorists that were killed. The estimated amounts are $300 million annually.
This is the Palestinian leader. His lies are unforgivable, he is a Holocaust denier and he funds terrorism. If the Palestinian leader cannot take accountability for a massacre of that magnitude, and can denounce 6 million Jews being slaughtered, how will Israel ever come close to negotiations?

In September 1963, Philip Smith, an 11-year-old boy from Miami, wrote a letter to Israel’s then Prime Minster David Ben-Gurion that said, “I am 11 years old, learning Hebrew, I would like to know if peace will ever be in Israel between Jews and Arabs.”
Prime Minster Ben-Gurion answered on November 19, 1963, “We are the children of Israel, as soon as the Arabs also want peace, there will be peace.”
There are many Israeli Arabs living in Israel such as the Chairman of the largest bank in Israel, Judges including those sitting on the Supreme Court, senior military officers, doctors, medical professors, department heads in Israeli hospitals, CEOs, key people on TV and many successful people who live in Israel and believe Jews and Arabs can live together peacefully, notwithstanding one of our workers here at Profimex, who is like family to us. If you asked them, they wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Hamas & all Iranian led terrorist organizations want to destroy these relations.
Unfortunately, peace is never what they’ve wanted. If we look back to 2005, during the Camp David Summit, President Clinton sat with Israeli Prime Minister Barak and Yasser Arafat and offered peace, Israel accepted the offer. We had an opportunity to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but Arafat rejected it. A few peace agreements have been offered since, but all were rejected by the Arabs. Hamas wants to wipe out and obliterate all Jews (Christians are next). This wouldn’t mean not only ethnically cleansing the Jewish State of Israel, but a genocide of all Jews.
Calling for a ceasefire, when one side continuously breaks them and has a charter calling to eliminate all Jews, seems futile. Not just because they have 239 hostages (including babies, young girls and Holocaust survivors) in Gaza but also because their leaders have sworn just recently, in an interview linked below, to do this again and again and to not stop until all Jews are eliminated.
Unfortunately, as long as terrorist leaders are in place, and supported by the civilians of Gaza, a ceasefire won’t work and peace seems unattainable.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.
Recently, the UK debated whether to remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it 'offends' the Muslim population which claims it never occurred. It is not removed as yet. However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it.
It is now approximately seventy years after the Second World War in Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, twenty million Russians, ten million Christians, and nineteen-hundred Catholic priests who were 'murdered, raped, burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated. Now, more than ever, with Iran, among others, claiming the Holocaust to be 'a myth,' it is imperative to make sure the world "never forgets."
How many years will it be before the attack on the World Trade Centre 'NEVER HAPPENED' because it offends some Muslim in the United States? If our Judeo-Christian heritage is offensive to Muslims, they should pack up and move to Iran, Iraq or some other Muslim country.

While Israel continues to help and protect the patients in Gazan Hospitals, by delivering incubators for newborn babies and delivering fuel supplies directly to the hospital to ensure Hamas terrorists don’t steal them, I wanted to share with you about my family’s connection to hospitals and the Israeli/Arab conflict.
My Great-Grandfather Rabbi Seligman Bamberger from Wurzburg, together with three other Jewish families in Germany, in 1867, established the first hospital in the land of Israel in the Old City of Jerusalem. The “Bikur Kholim” Hospital that treated Jewish and Arab patients alike.
Due to the longstanding dispute between Muslims and Jews, over access to the Western Wall in Jerusalem, that escalated into violence, this resulted in the hospital needing to be moved to the new part of Jerusalem, outside the walls of the Old City. This is where the hospital operated until its merger with “Shaare Zedek” Hospital, one of the most important and largest hospitals in Israel, today.
Just today, 3 terrorists out of Hebron, West Bank, were killed in Jerusalem, stopping them on their way to commit a severe attack on Israelis. They were found with weapons and axes, ready to slaughter more innocent civilians. The terrorists managed to injure several security forces in an exchange of fire. This reminded me of the Hebron massacre on August 24th, 1929, when Arabs attacked more than 20 cities and kibbutzim in Israel. In Hebron, killing 67 innocent Jews. It was the most ferocious attack, and many women and children were murdered. British soldier Cafferata testified that he saw an Arab man in the act of beheading a child with a sword. History has since repeated itself.
Just to make my point that is before the1948 declaration of the new modern state of Israel. As commonly heard from Anti-Israel and Antisemitic propaganda, Jihadi terrorism did not start with the establishment of Israel.

Today I attended another funeral of a 21 year old soldier killed in Gaza.
I hope your local newspapers and TV stations publish what the IDF found out in the last few days in Gaza.
The entrances to the Hamas command tunnels are all in Mosques, schools and kindergartens which are mostly under the UN administration, in the same places Hamas has its missiles launching pads.
And Today Israel entered some Hospitals in Gaza (and even suppling them medical equipment that they needed) we found in the hospitals an arsenal of weapons even RPGs and other heavy artillery that have been used from the hospital against our soldiers. This is clearly a war crime by Hamas.
Israel continue to secure a safe corridor for civilians to evacuate the area where the Hamas military is concentrated. Israel is protecting the civilians from Hamas retaliation as Hamas does not want to loos them as their human shields.

Since October 7th, whenever the alarms have sounded and Hamas have launched rockets from Gaza into Israel, I was, most of times, in my home or office. Yesterday, missiles were launched from Lebanon to Northern Israel, specifically, to where I grew up. It was the town where my parents were one of the first inhabitants of, established in the early 1930’s (almost 100 years ago) by Jews who left Germany (early enough) to escape the horrors of Nazi Germany. Many said early on what was going to happen and my parents heeded the warnings. As we are being warned now. And I’m afraid the world, yet again, is turning a blind eye.
A few days ago, Israel intercepted a missile that was launched, from Yemen, (funded by Iran) aimed towards Eilat. Israel, as a whole, is under attack. We can see what the UN is doing:

About 15 years ago, I was asked to head (as a part time job) the “Ethics in Business Department” of Haifa University. I was flattered by this offer. But when I was told that the department is supported by UNESCO, I had to sadly decline.
Morally, I could not contribute any of my time to something that the UN is a part of.
How the UN maintains its charter, its responsibilities, is intolerable. As I wrote to you a day before yesterday, in regards to Resolution 1701, it’s duty was to keep Hezbollah away from Israel’s Northern border of which it continues to fail at.
And now that Israel has entered Gaza, we find rocket launching pads, armament manufacturing facilities inside and next door to UNRWA’s facilities. UNRWA’s official charter says: “to provide assistance and protection for registered Palestine refugees” but what they truly do: support Hamas and other Jihadi Muslim terrorist organizations.
Hamas is using human shields, and the UN is helping them. That in of itself is a war crime.
The UN, and the organizations they are in collaboration with, have historically been anti-Israel and pro-Arab terrorist organizations. UNRWA was established to provide emergency relief to Palestinian refugees. They are the largest agency of the UN and employ over 30,000 people, 99% of which are local Palestinians, who have not been screened for their ties to terrorist groups. Many of their employees are members of or are affiliated with Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Despite decades of thousands of rockets launched indiscriminately at Israeli cities, UNRWA (along with the rest of the UN), does not recognize Hamas as a terrorist group although the US, Canada and the EU delegate them as such.
These organizations need to be closed. They are a danger not only to Israel, but to the entire civilized world.

After watching the video there you will see a UN official burst into tears. I had to write this. It is unbelievable, BUT the UN is to be blamed for many of these atrocities.
The UN helps Hamas and its sister organizations, all proxy of Iran. in so many ways.
Just as an example, I refer to the situation in the northern boarder of Israel, which is much more dangerous for Isarel than the Gaza one, we are at war also in the north but most of the news you get is from the southern boarder of Israel, Gaza.
Let’s go to Security Council Resolution 1701 from 2006:
Security Council resolution 1701 was supposed to establish a permanent ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel and extending and strengthening the mandate of the UN Force in Lebanon to monitor the ceasefire. This resolution calls for the full termination of hostilities, the deployment of Lebanese forces to Southern Lebanon, parallel withdrawal of Israeli forces behind the Lebanon-Israel boarder, strengthening the UN force to facilitate the entry of Lebanese Forces in the region and the establishment of a demilitarized zone between the Litani river in Lebanon and the Israeli border 10-20 KM from the Israel boarder.
Israel left Lebanon (which we entered after we were attacked by Hezbollah), Israel fulfilled its obligation.
Did the UN or Lebanon which is under the control of Iran keep its obligation?
NO! There was no progress towards a permanent ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel.
In clear violation of the resolution, Hezbollah has remained in southern Lebanon, they are on the boarder with Israel and have even expanded its missile arsenal. As of today, Hezbollah have an estimated 200,000 rockets and missiles with short, medium and long ranges, all aimed toward Israel, Southern Lebanon remains Hezbollah’s terrorist stronghold. The organization is deeply rooted within the population, and Hezbollah flags can be seen near the border marking its presence in the area.
These 200,000 missiles on the Israeli northern boarder, supplied by Iran are a serious threat to the existence of Israel.
The UN resolution 1701 from 2006 called for Israel and Lebanon to support a permanent ceasefire and a long-term solution based on the following principles and elements:…the establishment between the Israel/Lebanon border and the Litani river of an area free of any armed personnel, assets and weapons other than those of the Government of Lebanon.
The agreement call for the “disbanding of all Lebanese and non-Lebanese militias,” including Hezbollah.
Hezbollah never dismantled its military wing as these agreements required. Hezbollah is still firing rockets on Israeli cities
“…all States shall take the necessary measures to prevent, by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft: (a) The sale or supply to any entity or individual in Lebanon of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment, and spare parts for the aforementioned, whether or not originating in their territories…”
Syria and Iran freely sent arms to Hezbollah. Since its creation, Hezbollah has used terror to achieve its goals: the destruction of Israel and the establishment of a Shia theocracy in Lebanon. They have disregarded all international calls to disarm. They continue to serve the interests of Iran. In return, the Iranians spare no effort in transferring missiles and rockets to their ally, the terrorist organization Hezbollah.
If we had a moral world leadership, after Israel will destroy Hamas, (if the world will not stop us of doing) the next step is to change the charter of the UN. They do not help the world to be a better and a safer place, look who speaks about human rights at the UN: Libia, Soria, Russia, China and Iran.
As a real estate investor I realize the negative impact on the NYC economy if the UN will shut all its organizations that do more harm than good. If the UN will only support what is good for the world, this organization needs to be reborn, be a smaller one, it will effect the NYC real estate market and the economy of the City, but if it is between the NYC real estate and the a better and safer world for all, I chose the latter.

Exactly 85 years ago on November 9th 1938, (the Kristallnacht) in Germany and Austria an engaged mob took the streets assaulting and murdering Jews, setting fire to hundreds of synagogues and business and desecrating Jewish graves. The following days Jewish men, women and children were murdered and sent to their death in the concentration caps that Nazi Germany operated from1933 to1945.
85 years later, an horrific massacre by Iran proxy, Hamas, repeated itself, history repeat itself, with tragic consequences.

Before you watch this one-minute video, I wanted to share a personal story connected to Hamas leaders.
As many of you are aware, I managed a computer company for over 20 years (one of the ten leading one globally) before starting Profimex. Around the time of the Oslo Agreement, I was approached by an Arab Israeli who had interest in opening a subdivision of the computer company in the freed Arab territories, the West Bank and Gaza.
Of course, I began my due diligence, making sure with the proper Authorities that he was above the law and someone I could do business with. All was cleared and we moved forward.
The day before we were meant to sign, I was told that Yasser Arafat requested to meet with me. He demanded that to approve the deal and move forward, he would require 5% of all revenue made in the Arab territories. I explicitly explained, not only will I not shake hands with a man who has blood on them, but I will not do business with someone, that in mine opinion, is a murderer, a thief, corrupt and a terrorist.
When he died, according to the press Arafat had $3 billion dollars in his bank accounts. This is not somebody who cared about his people, their well being, neither was his intention building a peaceful prosperous good world for the Palestinian people. This was a corrupt terrorist who put his personal gain and needs in front of his civilians. As you can see, to this day, the current leaders of Hamas continue to do the same.

I returned a few hours ago from South Israel, from the Gaza region, I am writing these lines after attending one of hundreds of funerals still being held, two weeks after the horrific inhumane attack on Israeli civilians, in which over 1,400 were murdered, and over 200 were kidnapped, over 4,500 injured and many still missing. Thousands of people cried mourning the loss of Rinat, the cousin of Liat, a dear Profimex team member, her husband Chen and two of their four Children, 16 year-old Alon and 14 year-old Ido, that were slaughtered in Kibbutz Be’eri and promised to take care of 12 year-old Tomer and 8 year-old Nir, the two remaining orphans who survived the massacre, Orphans who were saved from the massacre thanks to the heroism of their parents and siblings. There are hundreds of horrific stories and torn hearts.
You must know:
if Israel will not prevail and eliminate the threat of Hamas from the Jewish State, this will affect your life and your children’s life, all over the world.
Hamas is ISIS, is Al-Qaeda, is Islamic Jihad is Hizbullah, they are all agents of Iran. Nazi Germany was after the Jewish people, the Islamic terrorist organization baked by Iran is after the entire civilized world.
Iran is very close to a nuclear bomb, and they have missiles that can reach all European countries as well as the US.
Hamas does not care about their own people in Gaza, they never did. They have always seen them as human shields or public opinion photos. When Israel left Gaza (after attacked by Egypt), Gaza could have flourish, but Hamas built a war machine with the support of the world.
Over 6000 missiles have been launched on Israel in the last two weeks. This could have been a catastrophe for Israel if we did not have the “Iron Dome” one of many Israeli High Tech innovations.
In the massacre two weeks ago about 3000 of Hamas terrorists beheaded children, raped young girls, burned whole families including Holocaust survivors, took over 200 hostages, including children from the age of 9 months, some of them are orphans having seen their parents murdered in front of them, and over 80-year-old elderly. If we compare the numbers proportional to the US population, imagine 60,000 American murdered in one day.
Israel needs to eliminate this evil, otherwise, the west is next. Iran will continue sending its agents all over the world. I believe the world is in immediate danger. I believe this is one of the reasons president Biden is handling this “war” personally, as the leader of the free world. Just see who else visited Israel in the last two weeks, they understand the danger, The UK Prime Minister, The German Chancellor the French President is on his way as well.
I believe that it is the duty of every human being to be shocked and appalled in front of the horrors of the mass slaughter of Israeli civilians.
Alongside the support from many countries, we do see an attempt to create some kind of symmetry between civilians in Israel and in Gaza. Please remember that after its civilians having been slaughtered by terrorists, Israel is still leading this existential battle according to high moral standards and the laws of war. Israel has been urging the Gazan residents to leave the northern Gaza Strip, to prevent harm to non-involved civilians. At the same time, please remember Hamas has established its headquarters and its missile launchers in civilian areas, such as hospitals and kindergartens, and is trying by force, to prevent them from leaving.

The Israel Defense Forces said intelligence shows Palestinian Islamic Jihad group is responsible for the “failed rocket launch” that struck a Gaza hospital Tuesday, killing hundreds of people, according to Palestinian officials.
The IDF said a barrage of rockets fired from Gaza toward Israel passed near the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza when it was hit.
“An analysis of IDF operational systems indicates that a barrage of rockets was fired by terrorists in Gaza, passing in close proximity to the Al Ahli hospital in Gaza at the time it was hit,” IDF posted to its Telegram account.
“Intelligence from multiple sources we have in our hands indicates that Islamic Jihad is responsible for the failed rocket launch which hit the hospital in Gaza,” it added.
